A car crash that occurred on Route 4 in Brookside, Delaware, claimed the life of a man on Tuesday afternoon. The collision took place around 2:23 pm when a Kia SUV struck the driver’s side door of a Corvette. After the accident, the 77-year-old man from Newark, Delaware who was driving the Corvette was taken to Christiana Hospital where he succumbed to his fatal injuries. The driver of the SUV was also taken to the hospital for injuries he sustained in the crash.
