On May 9, 2018, Steve Morrow attended the inaugural Lieutenant Governor Policy Forum, featuring former Congressman Patrick Kennedy of the Kennedy Forum.   A leading behavioral health expert, Congressman Kennedy spearheads the fight for mental health parity and to eliminate the stigma surrounding addiction.   During the Policy Forum, Congressman Kennedy spoke on his personal story and his significant and impactful policy work on addiction and mental health.
