Joseph J. Rhoades is honored to be a founding board member of the new organization, Action for Delaware’s Children. This nonprofit supports programs that assist at-risk and underprivileged children. This group is headed by former Attorney General Matt Denn and includes a board of lawyers, Senators, and influential citizens from Delaware. This organization aims to improve home visitation programs for children living in poverty, school year terms for underprivileged students, and the re-entry process of juveniles leaving detention facilities. Building support among all Delawareans is the key to success for this organization. Joseph J.
