On September 22, Rhoades & Morrow partner, Steve Morrow, was recognized by the State of Delaware Office of the Child Advocate (OCA) for 10 years of volunteer service as a child advocate attorney. In recognizing Steve, the OCA noted that over 10 years ago, Steve was first appointed to serve as a child attorney for one or more of Delaware’s abused, neglected, or dependent children. Since that time, Steve has been a dedicated OCA volunteer, assisting children in Family Court and donating countless hours of his time. The OCA is successful on behalf of Delaware’s children because of the tireless commitment of volunteers, such as Steve.
