About Joseph J. Rhoades

Joseph J. Rhoades is the founding partner of Rhoades & Morrow (est. 1990). His practice centers on plaintiff-side personal injury and workers’ compensation matters in Delaware, representing clients injured in motor vehicle collisions, unsafe premises incidents, workplace accidents, and related claims. He began his legal career as a law clerk to Justice Henry R. Horsey of the Delaware Supreme Court (1981–1982).

For more than 20 years, Joseph J. Rhoades has served as a Guardian ad Litem in the State of Delaware Family Court, representing the interests of foster children and advocating for their safety and well-being.

He also serves on the Board of Directors of Action for Delaware’s Children, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Delaware’s children, especially those living in poverty.
